Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed with a pricing error, is out of stock, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers listed on our checkout page. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the nominated payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping, tracking, and delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the carrier.
