Shipping policy
We ship every Verta Relief order from our Sydney warehouse to get your kit moving the moment payment clears.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery across Australia takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. Remote and regional addresses can sit at the upper end of that window. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Any promotional offers such as free shipping thresholds will be applied automatically when you qualify.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@vertarelief.com and we will chase it down with the carrier on your behalf.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery fees charged by the carrier for incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date at hello@vertarelief.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We will organise a replacement or a refund in line with our refund policy.
International orders
Verta Relief currently ships within Australia only. We are working on international shipping and will announce it on our newsletter when it goes live.
