How long until I hear back?
Usually within one business day, Monday to Friday (AEST). It can be a little longer over weekends and public holidays. If you haven't heard from us in three business days, please resend, your message may have caught a spam filter.
Where's my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our international warehouse. If you haven't seen one, check your spam folder first, then email us with your order number and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?
Email us at hello@vertarelief.com with your order number and a short note about what's going on. We come back with the next step, usually the same day.
